Process:

Your file is compared to Canada's premier telephone number database supplied and updated monthly by Canada's telephone companies. Your consumer records can be intermingled in one file. Consumer matches are based on last name and address matches.

Deliverable:

Fields are added to your record to store new phone numbers and their verification status (verified or appended). Existing phone numbers on your file are verified. Correct numbers are placed in the new phone number field and marked "verified". Records with incorrect or missing phone numbers are looked up in the master database based on name and address. Matches are placed in the new phone number field and stamped as "appended". A summary report provides you with various statistical data describing your results. A record layout defines field positioning and content.
