Our Reverse Phone Append service accesses a comprehensive, up-to-date national consumer database and captures contact name and address based on a telephone number look-up.
After running this service, you will receive a result file containing your original input file with the new, updated information appended to it. Fields are added to your record to store the new names and addresses. A summary report provides you with statistical data describing your results and a record layout defines field positioning and content.

The Reverse Phone Append service also appends the following fields:
0 = No Match
1 = Matched record with address only
2 = Matched record with name only
3 = Matched record with name and address
This column contains the carrier route code of the address. This code is used to group and presort mail by mail carrier route.
This column contains two of the numbers used to construct the delivery point bar code.
This column contains a check digit for the delivery point code. It is also used to construct the delivery point bar code.
This column indicates the phone number Validation date.
