DSF2 is the most advanced address hygiene service available in the US. It incorporates the use of the USPS's Delivery Point Validation (DPV) processes to identify known address information, right down to the physical delivery point.

The DSF2 service also provides mailers with important address attributes. It classifies an address as a CMRA (commercial mail receiving agency) or private mail box, business or residence, vacant or seasonal and identifies the mail delivery method as curbside delivery, door slot, NDCBU (neighborhood delivery and collection box unit) or central delivery.

DSF2 is the ultimate address cleansing and postage cost savings process.

DSF2 also provides walk sequence numbers and the documentation required by the USPS® to justify postage discounts for walk sequence mailings.

After running this service, you will receive a result file containing your original input file with the new, corrected data appended to it. Fields are added to your record to store updated addresses. A summary report provides you with statistical data describing your results and a record layout defines field positioning and content.
