Canadian Marketing Association (CMA) Do Not Contact Suppression
Are your marketing initiatives respecting the requests of consumers? Now, you can give your response rates a boost and reducing consumer complaints by suppressing your list against the Canadian Marketing Association's Do Not Contact registry. You will be complying with the Canadian Marketing Association's code of ethics. This process flags names on your file that have asked not to receive direct marketing solicitations.
Process:
Your file is compared to the Canadian Marketing Associations' (CMA) Do Not Mail - Do Not Call file. This file is updated monthly from consumer requests collected by the CMA. It is a requirement of CMA membership that members suppress names on this file from their prospecting lists.
Deliverable:
A field is added to your record and populated with a suppression code whenever the name and address on your file matches to the CMA Suppression file. A summary report is provided as proof of processing and to indicate final results. A record layout defines field positioning and content.
